Since launching a new website, the client came to me after a significant drop in traffic and enquires. Immediate action was needed to increase the number of inbound enquiries coming through to their website.

Identify current USP’s
Dissect the existing website to identify the problems

A very lengthy and complicated quote request process
Lack of USP’s promoted across the website
Weak or confusing CTA’s
A weak menu navigation structure
A time-consuming product filtering system
Which led to;
A complete redesign of the quote request booking system eliminating two unnecessary steps. A one-click quick quote button was added to make the process even faster.
Home page update to include and promote core company USP’s across the website.
CTA enhanced, strengthened and implemented correctly.
